This window allows you to enter a URL or part of a URL for which you would like to define a Web monitoring rule. If any part of the URL requested by a user matches an exception, then the Web traffic is monitored according to the behaviour specified for the URL on the Web Site Exceptions tab rather than the Default Behaviour tab.
